- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They are absolutely unprofessional! They don't know the market and have so many discrepencies in their appraisals. They unappraise properties continuously by. $40k. Don't use them if you want to buy a home. I have talked to others in the community and they have had this same issue. They had to get a second appraiser out and their property also came in $40k more. They only took 20 mins for the appraisal and gave no credit for radiant heated flooring. They also dinged us $1000 for NOT having a fireplace I understand giving a credit for having one but taken $1000 off for not having one verses just being neutral doesn't make sense.
