- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been with Gesa almost 5 years now and never missed a payment, and have never been late on a payment. That's probably why I never had a problem with them. Until now. I recently fell on hard times and called to differ my coming payment for a month or two. The first elderly woman said absolutely, that it would be no issue since I was loyal and never late on payment. Great right!? Negative. About 3 hours later another rude woman calls and says it's not possible to differ a payment if I have no income, but if I had income, then it'd be ok. How does this make sense? I've been loyal and thus is how I'm thanked. I will never, ever do business with them again. Thanks for your loyalty in return!By Uvaldo Rodriguez, April 03, 2017
