- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I use my account for business purposes. Living out of state but working for a Seattle client, normally deposits are made in cash at a Seattle branch without any problem. This is been our modus operendi for the past 20 years. However, since my client was in Walla Walla and needed to make a deposit in cash for me, she went to this branch where they REFUSED to accept cash or a debit card deposit. She was told she would have to go down the street somewhere to purchase a money order to be able to deposit money into my account since she herself was not an account holder with Chase. Needless to say, after having this account open for the past 20-plus years, way before Chase took over, I am going to close my accounts with them and move to another bank where I expect to find less ineptitude and better service.By Sandi Lucas, March 23, 2017
